Black Girls Coaching, Inc. (BGC) is a dedicated collective of BIPOC coaches driven by a profound passion for fostering the well-being of BIPOC communities and individuals.


Our Certified Coaches bring a wealth of experience and expertise, holding CoActive Certified (CCCP) and/or ICF Certified (ACC, PCC, MCC) designations, specializing in areas such as Business, Wellness, Education, Career, and Executive coaching.


Committed professionals, our Certified Coaches are genuinely eager to serve individuals in need of coaching, addressing the accessibility gap for those underserved and without access to a reputable coach with industry-recognized credentials.


Within BGC, our unwavering commitment is to empower all our clients to realize their full potential. Our coaching events and programs provide participants with invaluable resources and unwavering support as they strive to reach their goals and pursue their dreams.

I am the barrier breaker, creating pathways for others to thrive! As a Master Social Worker, Scrum Master, DEIB Leader, and professional in the fields of Media, Marketing, and Nonprofit, I bring a unique blend of skills and expertise to my work, particularly as a BIPOC coach catering to BIPOC communities. I have a holistic approach to coaching with empathy, active listening, and cultural competence as some of my core coaching values. As the Co-founder of Black Girls Coaching, I'm dedicated to empowering those underserved and underrespesented.


Fun Facts:

  • I'm from Long Island, New York. I've got a strong dose of city energy mixed with the cool vibes of coastal living!


  • When it comes to homemade sweet tea, I'm not just a fan; I think I am an expert! There's an art to getting the perfect balance of sweetness and tea flavor, and I take great pleasure in mastering that craft.


  • I am a busy wife and mom of two, whew!! So, when I am not running around, I like to kick back with a good book or a great movie (and that cup of sweet tea)!

As the co-founder of Black Girls Coaching, my mission is to empower people, inspire leaders, and foster community growth. Being bilingual and fluent in Spanish allows me to connect with a broader range of clients and communities. My particular focus lies in empowering women of color by harnessing the transformative power of coaching. With over a decade of experience in technology sales and a proven track record with esteemed companies like Google, Cisco Systems, Apple, and Target, my coaching approach is enriched with a unique perspective and diverse experiences. I am dedicated to helping individuals unlock their full potential, achieve their goals, and live abundantly. I firmly believe in my clients' capabilities and strive to coach them in achieving the life of their dreams.

  • I'm from Paterson, NJ. I love to travel, explore new places, and immerse myself in different cultures and experiences. So far, I have visited 5 out of 7 continents and I'm looking forward to my next adventutre!


  • I'm a photographer and , I enjoy capturing my adventures, creating lasting memories of my journeys.


  • I have a sweet tooth and love to bake delicious treats to share with family and friends.

G.R.O.W. (Giving Resources and Opportunities to Women) is a transformative initiative launched by Black Girls Coaching, Inc. with a core mission to empower and uplift BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) women, ages 18+, in partner community-based organizations serving women across the Atlanta Metropolitan area. Our comprehensive approach aims to holistically coach women from our partner organizations, equipping them with essential tools for success in various domains, including financial literacy, career readiness, leadership development, and self-esteem building.

Keya Grant

Keya Grant serves as the Supplier Diversity and Sustainable Sourcing Lead at Constellation Brands, a Fortune 500 company in the wine, beer, and spirits industry. Her role involves planning supplier inclusion strategies, diverse supplier sourcing, and engaging with diversity councils. Previously, she successfully implemented the Supplier Diversity initiative at Papa Johns and led Global Supplier Inclusion at WestRock, growing their diverse supplier spend to nearly $1B. Keya's passion lies in empowering entrepreneurs, demonstrated through her role as Chief Connection Officer and CEO of The Connection Bureau, a boutique firm supporting small businesses. She is a recognized Culture Shifter and Thought Leader, often speaking at events across North America and receiving numerous industry awards for her exceptional skills in supplier management and development. Additionally, Keya actively participates in advisory, committees, and board memberships with various national, regional, and local organizations, advocating for diversity and inclusion. Notably, she is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, and an ice cream aficionado.

Reginald J. Cason is a highly accomplished business professional, educator, and entertainment enthusiast known as the "Michael Jordan of Success." With a proven track record in leadership and goal achievement, he empowers individuals to discover their true purpose in life. Beyond his business success, Reginald is a dynamic event emcee, DJ, and former radio personality. He co-founded The Positive Arts Movement, Inc. (P.A.M.), a non-profit organization nurturing performing, literary, and recording artists. As a Career and Life Coach, he guides aspiring professionals and entrepreneurs. Reginald holds an MBA in HR Management and graduated from Morehouse College. Proudly residing in the Atlanta Metropolitan area, he uses his exceptional talents to uplift and serve his community, making a positive impact on society.

Lauren Morris is a professional artist and entrepreneur focused on empowering communities through the transformative power of art. Lauren holds a degree in Fine Arts and Art History from the American University of Paris, where she honed her artistic skills and developed a strong understanding of the ways in which art can inspire and create connections. Through her career, she has curated transformative art experiences that challenge perspectives, foster dialogue, and promote inclusivity. She strongly believes in the potential of art to drive positive change, especially for creatives within the African Diaspora. Outside of her consultancy work she is the owner and lead artist at La Palette Co - a Sip and Paint experience based in Atlanta.
